Information you provide

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project type, condo location, scope, layout plans, approval stage, timing, and optional budget, building details, notes, or photos and floor plans.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to understand the requested work, contact you, and prepare a project-specific estimate. LARK Developments is the company behind Toronto Remodels and the party to any renovation agreement. Submitting the form requests follow-up and does not create a contract.

Who receives it

Your inquiry is received by LARK Developments. Resend delivers the notification email and any attachments to [email protected], a mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail. The website hosting provider may process technical connection and security information needed to operate the site.

Retention

If no project proceeds, LARK Developments will keep an inquiry and its optional attachments for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them unless they are needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. If you become a client, project records may be kept for the duration of the work and as long as reasonably needed for business and legal recordkeeping. Resend and Zoho Mail may retain copies under their own service settings and policies.

Cookies and technical data

This website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure page visits and general site usage. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as pages viewed, browser or device details, and interactions with the site. We do not intentionally send project inquiry contents or direct contact details to Google Analytics. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. The hosting and security systems may also create technical access logs to operate and protect the site.

Your choices and privacy contact

Budget details, building information, notes, and file uploads are optional. Do not send sensitive personal information. To ask to access, correct, or delete an inquiry, contact [email protected]. We may retain information where it is needed for an active project, a dispute, or a legal obligation.
