Do I need condo board approval before I ask for an estimate?
No. You can contact us while you’re still learning what your building requires. We’ll discuss the approval steps that may apply before work is scheduled.
Can I get an instant price from the website?
We prepare a written estimate after reviewing your unit, the work you want done, and relevant building requirements.
Who carries out the renovation?
Our renovation team does the work. Toronto Remodels is our condo renovation brand, and LARK Developments is the company named in the renovation agreement.
Can you renovate my kitchen and bathroom at the same time?
Yes. Select both in the project form and let us know if you have a preferred sequence. We’ll discuss the scope and timing with you.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
It helps to know which room you want renovated, what you hope to change, where your condo is, and your preferred timing. Photos or a floor plan are useful but optional.
Do you offer set-price packages?
No. We prepare a project-specific estimate after discussing your unit and the work you want done.
